Why branded juice makes a splash
- Instant refreshment. Most freebies end up forgotten in a drawer, whereas a cool, revitalising juice creates an immediate positive association with your brand.
- Health-conscious. With wellness becoming a top priority for many, offering a healthy drink shows you care about the well-being of your guests.
- Brand exposure. As attendees carry their juices around the event, your brand travels with them, catching eyes and sparking interest.
- Photo-worthy. Vibrant juices in sleek, branded bottles lend themselves to photographing and sharing on social media, extending your reach beyond the event itself.
- Recyclable. Unlike standard plastic trinkets, juice bottles are consumable and recyclable, aligning with modern eco-friendly values.
Step-by-step: Ordering your branded juice
Bottle design
Select the perfect bottle to carry your brand message. Choose from:
- Standard 250ml: The crowd-pleaser, offering ample space for your branding.
- Short 100ml: An ideal ‘taster’ size for a refreshing pick-me-up.
- Shot 60ml: Perfect for a quick energy boost at a fast-paced event.
Choose from premium glass bottles to add a touch of sophistication, or go for recycled plastic for a lightweight, practical choice.
Designing your custom label
Create a label that turns heads and tells your brand’s story. Here are our top tips for eye-catching label design:
- Showcase your logo prominently – this is key for brand recognition! Often the most striking labels are plain logos. Adding too much information can confuse your message and look messy.
- Play with brand colours to create a memorable, on-brand design. Consider how the juice colour might complement or contrast with your label.
- Incorporate subtle event hashtags or QR codes for additional online engagement. This can drive interaction on social media or lead guests to an event-specific landing page.
Remember, your label is a miniature billboard for your brand. Make every element count!

Quantity calculation
Nobody wants to run out of refreshments mid-way through an event. Ensure all your guests stay refreshed from start to finish:
- Base your order quantity on expected guest numbers, then add a buffer of around 10-15% for unexpected attendees or high demand.
- Consider the event duration and time of day. Afternoon events could require more refreshments as energy levels dip and attendance might increase.
- Factor in weather – hot days call for extra hydration. If your event is in the summer, increase your order accordingly.
- If you’re offering multiple flavours, consider ordering more of the likely popular choices while still keeping a good variety.
Remember, it’s always better to have a small surplus than to run out early. Any leftover juices can be enjoyed by staff at the event.
Flavour selection
It’s great to choose flavours that resonate with your brand personality and event theme, but remember, the bottle’s overall appearance often makes the biggest splash. The contrast between the juice colour and label is key to making your branding stand out. Here’s some inspiration to get started:
- Orange, Mango & Passionfruit: A bright orange juice that’s perfect for morning events or product launches that need a bit of zing
- Mixed Berry: A vivid berry red juice ideal for afternoon pick-me-ups.
- Brain Booster: A rich orange juice that brings a taste of tropical holidays to corporate events or summer gatherings
- Apple, Beetroot & Ginger: A deep reddish-purple juice that’s the perfect spicy option for bold brands or high-energy events
When selecting multiple flavours, consider choosing a range of contrasting colours to create a visually striking rainbow effect. Pairing an orange, a red and a green juice, for instance, can make your display even more eye-catching and appealing to guests.
Serving your juices on the day
You’ve chosen your flavours, your labels are looking great – now it’s time to think about the logistics. How do your branded juice bottles actually work on the day?
Whether it’s your first event with Brand Juice or your fifth, this guide walks through everything you need to know to serve juice smoothly, from delivery and storage to presentation and recycling.
We’ve done this hundreds of times, so here’s what we’ve learned.
How your juices arrive
Chilled on arrival, full of flavour and ready to serve – your juice delivery is in good hands:
- Packaging: Bottles are packed into sturdy cardboard boxes, with chilled insulation to keep things fresh during transit. Each box contains the juice size and quantity specified in your order.
- Delivery timing: We recommend scheduling delivery for the day before your event to give you time to get everything set up and chilled. If you have concerns about delivery timing, let us know – we’ll always try to help.
- Shelf life: All juices are made to order and have a short, fresh shelf life. They should be stored below 5°C and consumed within the timeframe provided. Storage instructions are printed on every label.
- Labelling: Every bottle includes key details like ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and production info. If you’re supplying your own label artwork, we’ll make sure it meets all required guidelines.
Storage on-site
Our juices are made fresh to order, with no preservatives, so they need to be kept cold (below 5°C) right up until you serve them:
- Fridge access: Ideally, store your bottles in a fridge until just before serving. This ensures they stay within the safe chilled range.
- Serving outside a fridge?: Bring a cool bag, insulated box or ice bucket to keep things fresh. The bottles hold up well for a short period, but shouldn’t sit out all day.
- Shake before serving: Some natural separation is normal – give bottles a good shake before putting them out to ensure everything’s mixed and looking its best.
- Avoiding condensation: If you’re storing bottles on ice, have a cloth or napkins handy to wipe off condensation before handing them out.
- Visual set-up: You can group juices by colour or theme – many clients create beautiful displays using trays or even mini branded fridges.
Serving advice
No two events are the same – but these tried and tested formats are a great way to start:
- Full-size bottles (100ml or 250ml) are easy to hand out or display on tables. Most clients put them in coolers or baskets near the welcome desk or stand – simple, chilled and ready to go.
- Juice shots (60ml) pack a punch for quick moments – great for conference stands, giveaways or grabbing on-the-go. They’re eye-catching, easy to sip and don’t take up much space.
- Self-serve vs. hosted: Letting guests grab their own juice is easiest at busy events. But for a more curated feel, having someone hand them out can add a personal touch – and gives you a moment to connect without the hard sell.
- Signage: A small table sign or flavour card can explain ingredients and allergens while inviting people to choose their favourite blend.
Waste and recycling
We’re all about thoughtful choices, but bottled drinks still come with some waste. Here’s what to plan for on the day:
- Recyclable bottles: All Brand Juice bottles are recyclable – available in plastic or premium glass, depending on what you choose.
- Labels: Our labels aren’t typically recycled once printed – but don’t worry, you can leave them on. Just pop the bottle in the recycling bin and the label will be removed during sorting, as standard.
- Bins and signs: If you’re running a larger event, placing a recycling bin near your juice station can help. A simple “please recycle” sign makes a difference – and if you’re designing your own labels, we recommend adding the same message there too. (We always include it when creating labels in-house.)
- Take it away: Guests often take their bottles with them, especially when they look great.

Extra tips from the Brand Juice team
These small touches can make a surprising difference. After years of serving juice at events across the UK, here’s what we’ve learned helps things flow a little more smoothly (and keeps your set-up looking sharp):
- Bring more ice than you think – it melts faster in busy or warm venues.
- Use colour to your advantage – lining up bottles by shade draws the eye and makes your set-up look even more inviting. Need label inspiration? Here’s how to make yours pop.
- Save a few bottles for photos – or snap some photos before they get handed out – you’ll thank us later!
- Offer a mix of blends – a variety of exciting different flavours encourages people to linger and chat.
- Keep wipes or napkins nearby – chilled bottles can gather condensation quickly.
- Give your juices custom names – tying them into your brand theme or event message adds a personal, memorable touch.
FAQs
How long can the juice be unrefrigerated once opened? We recommend drinking it immediately once opened. Unfinished bottles should be returned to a fridge and consumed the same day.
What if I don’t have a fridge at my venue? No problem – you can store bottles in cool bags with ice packs. We can help you plan for how many you’ll need based on your order volume and timings.
Can I mix flavours in one order? Yes, we often supply a mix of flavours. We can help you choose blends that work well together, whether you’re after bold colours, wellness drinks or something seasonally on-theme.
Can you help me design the label? Absolutely – if you don’t have a designer on hand, we can usually support with label design. Just send over your logo, colours and any brand assets, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How far in advance do I need to order? We recommend getting in touch as early as possible. Two weeks is the ideal minimum – it gives us time to design, approve, produce and deliver everything smoothly.
Do you offer anything other than juice? Yes – Brand Juice also offers a bottled iced tea and coffee range, perfect for events looking to mix things up. And if you’re after barista-served coffee too, our sister brand, The Barista, has you covered.
